The Prep.

During this phase we’re going room by room to offer professional solutions from our trusted partners to ensure the best experience for people interested in buying your home.

From the first look as someone drives up, to the feeling they get while touring the home. This process is very detail driven and we will guide you through every step. After all, our experience is your experience.

Marketing.

The moment is here! We’ve created the strategy and prepared the home for showing. Your home will receive a professional photo shoot, which will be shared on various marketing platforms. The messaging of each property is crafted in a narrative where a person will be buying and living in your home. We do not market houses, we paint the picture for someones next phase of life.

Our strategy for putting your home on the market is focused on two major things: getting you what your home is truly worth, and selling it as efficiently as possible.

In Escrow.

We have found a buyer for your home and we’re in escrow. Taking all variables into consideration we keep our lines of communication extremely open with you during this part of the process.

After the home gets through escrow, we close and this part of your adventure is complete.
