Due Diligence

Excellence is in the details and efficiency is in the execution. We will be requesting documents from the owner to ensure your investment is properly underwritten. These documents include a profit and loss statement, the management repair invoice/log, utility bills, leases, remodel budgets, etc. You will be connected to the appropriate municipality representatives in order to be informed of possible property additions and assistance with setting up inspections.
