“Now, I invite you to share your goals with me. Let my experience and passion for real estate help you achieve your dreams.”
Moe’s journey into real estate began at just 20 years old, fueled by determination and a refusal to settle for less. Instead of paying rent for a run-down apartment, he set his sights on ownership and purchased a newly built two-story condominium, even though his finances were tight. The earnest money for the contract was a promissory note, and after closing, he walked out of the office with less than $10 in his pocket. That leap of faith became the foundation of his real estate journey—built on resourcefulness, courage, and an unwavering belief in creating his own path.
Five years later, Moe married his wife, and together they began building their family. It became clear that a condo would no longer meet their needs, so he used the equity he had built to purchase a home in a wonderful neighborhood. The property needed extensive remodeling, and without realizing it, he had become what is now known as a “flipper.”
Another five years passed, and with two children, Moe began focusing on their future education. He wanted access to the best school district and found himself searching in one of the area’s most desirable—and expensive—communities. By leveraging the equity from his previous home, he purchased a charming four-bedroom, three-bath property surrounded by million-dollar homes. Once again, it needed remodeling, and this successful model ultimately allowed him to buy rental properties and second homes.
